But who is the voice behind Esha Intonations WAV MIDI ill-esha, whose real name is Elysha Zaide, is a Canadian-born artist who has been making music since the late 1990s. She started as a vocalist, MC and drum and bass DJ, and was one of the first female performers to combine singing and DJing simultaneously. She later expanded her musical horizons to include genres such as glitch hop, dubstep, future bass and pop, and founded Glitch Hop Forum with collaborator Dewey db.

ill-esha is not only a talented producer and singer, but also a skilled instrumentalist and performer. She plays piano, keyboards, flute, vocal percussion, synthesizer and vocoder, and uses a variety of tools and devices to create her unique live shows.
